You can exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style within 30 days of delivery.

How to Make a Return in 3 Easy Steps
1. Start Your Return / Exchange Request

Email us at info@hibodyshape.com with:

Order number
Reason for return or exchange
Preferred size/colour (for exchanges)

Our support team will respond within 24 hours.

2. Send Back Your Item

Once approved, we will provide:

Return address
Return instructions

Please securely pack your item and send it using a tracked shipping service.

3. Get Your Exchange or Refund
Exchanges are processed once we receive your return
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection
You will receive email confirmation at every step
Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Tags and packaging must be included
Return requested within 30 days of delivery
Underwear items must be tried over clothing for hygiene reasons
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Worn shapewear
Washed items
Final sale items
Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of the item
We will send a replacement free of charge
Refund Processing Time
Return received: 3–5 business days inspection
Refund issued: 5–7 business days
Bank processing: may take additional time depending on provider
